Zoom

Click, and it zooms.

Every click pulls the frame in and eases back out, so viewers follow your cursor instead of scanning a full desktop. Edit any zoom, or add your own.

So um this is uh how it works.

click to clean
Speech

Cut the ums, in one pass.

One click strips the ums and uhs from your voice, on your Mac. First takes sound like rehearsed ones.

Captions

Captioned as you talk.

Most feeds play on mute. On-device transcription puts your words on screen, styled your way, so the point lands with the sound off.

Camera

Put yourself in the frame.

A face keeps people watching. Place your webcam bubble where you want it, restyle it, and cut it in and out across the clip.

Formats

Record once, ship everywhere.

One clip, rendered in the right shape for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, or your docs. Reframe it without recording again.

Teleprompter

Read while you record.

Your script floats on screen, scrolls at your pace, and never appears in the recording. Nail it in one take.

Questions and answers

How is ShipYourClips different from other screen recorders?
ShipYourClips polishes the clip the moment you hit stop. It zooms where you click, frames the shot on a clean background, drops in your webcam, and captions your voice. It also removes filler words, cleans up your audio, and has a built-in teleprompter, all on your Mac with nothing to upload. Most recorders hand you the raw footage and leave that to you.
What do I need to run it?
A Mac running macOS 26 (Tahoe) or later. A microphone and webcam are optional: both add polish, but neither is required to record and edit.
Is it private?
Yes. Recording, editing, and caption transcription all happen on your device. Your recordings are never uploaded. The app talks to the internet to check your license and to look for updates, and if it ever crashes it asks whether you want to send a report. Nothing is sent unless you say yes, and a report never contains your recordings.
How much of the editing is automatic?
The auto-zoom on your clicks is generated for you the moment you stop, and captions are transcribed as the editor opens. Silence removal, filler-word removal, and audio cleanup are each one click. Everything else, the background, framing, webcam, and cursor, is yours to set, and every automatic edit stays fully editable.
How does pricing work?
ShipYourClips is $39 a year at the founder rate, which stays locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. The price rises as more people join, not on a countdown. Cancel anytime, and the clips you have already made stay yours.
Which platforms can I export for?
Pro exports to MP4 or animated GIF, up to 4K, in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, or 16:9, sized for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Instagram, and YouTube. Free exports MP4 at 720p in 16:9, with a small watermark, eight times a month.
Can I use it on more than one Mac?
Yes. Activate the same license on each Mac you use. If you reach the activation limit, open Settings on a Mac you no longer use and choose "Deactivate this Mac" to free the slot.
What happens if I cancel?
The app keeps working and returns to the free tier, so new exports go back to 720p in 16:9 with a watermark and a monthly cap, and the editor stays fully usable with no limit on recording length. Files you already exported do not change: a 4K, watermark-free clip you made while subscribed stays that way. Your recordings stay on your Mac and remain fully editable, and exporting one again counts as a free export.
