Updates
Newest first
-
The first public release. Record your screen and ShipYourClips hands back a clip that is already zoomed on every click, captioned in your own voice, and framed on a background, ready to post.
In the box
- Records a screen, a window, or an area you drag out, from a bar that stays out of the shot.
- Every click is already zoomed by the time the editor opens, and every zoom stays yours to move, resize, retarget, or delete.
- One click each: captions transcribed on your Mac, the ums and uhs cut out of your speech, silence dropped between sentences, audio evened out.
- The rest of the polish: a background with padding and a shadow, your webcam in the frame, a restyled cursor, keystrokes on screen, click sounds, music, and a teleprompter that never appears in the recording.
- Exports MP4 or GIF up to 4K in 16:9, 4:5, 1:1, or 9:16, and saves a project you can reopen and re-edit later.
- Everything happens on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded, it works on a plane, and the app only reaches the network to check your license and look for updates.
- Signed and notarized by Apple, and it updates itself from here on.
Why a subscription
- Free to use for as long as you like. Exports carry a small watermark, and everything else works.
- $39 a year removes it. A recorder has to keep up with every macOS release, and the subscription is what pays for that work. Your rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed: the price rises as more people join, never for you.
