Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 June 2026
These terms cover your use of the ShipYourClips app and website. By using them, you agree to what follows. ShipYourClips is provided by Social Impact Ltd (company number 08995296), registered at 12 Limedale Avenue, Oakwood, Derby, England, DE21 2UE.
Your license
An active subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ShipYourClips on Macs you own or control, for both personal and commercial projects, for as long as your subscription is active. The clips you have already created remain yours to keep and use however you like, even if your subscription later ends.
What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, rent, or sublicense the app.
- Share, publish, or resell your license key.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to defeat licensing, except where the law expressly allows.
Your content
Your recordings and exports belong entirely to you. We claim no rights over anything you create with ShipYourClips, and we never receive it (see the Privacy Policy).
Updates
Updates are provided as they become available. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we do not guarantee any specific feature will remain.
Payments and refunds
ShipYourClips is billed annually through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record, under their terms. Your subscription renews each year at your locked-in rate until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If something is not right, email hello@shipyourclips.com and we will do our best to sort it out.
No warranty
ShipYourClips is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or fit every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or recordings, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
